This site may receive basic technical information normally transmitted when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, and timestamps. This version does not include a custom account system, advertising tracker, contact form, or card-entry field.
Stripe Checkout information
Payment is completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe collects payment details, email, billing information, fraud-prevention signals, and other information needed to process the transaction under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. Next Level Media does not directly receive or store full card numbers through this site.
Business onboarding information
After payment, NLM may collect business contact details, services, hours, service areas, FAQs, calendar rules, phone-routing instructions, brand assets, account access, and other information needed to configure and manage the system.
Calls, recordings, transcripts, messages, and CRM records
Where enabled and legally permitted, the system may process caller names, phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, appointment details, CRM records, text messages, emails, and routing outcomes. Client is responsible for approved scripts, required disclosures, and lawful consent for recording and messaging.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide, secure, support, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and improve the agreed services; process payments; communicate about onboarding and support; comply with law; prevent fraud or abuse; and enforce agreements.
Vendors and connected platforms
Information may be shared with service providers and client-approved platforms that support payments, telephony, AI processing, CRM, calendars, messaging, websites, hosting, analytics, security, and support. Final launch documentation should identify material vendors and applicable data-processing terms.
Retention
Operational service records may be kept during the active term and for up to 24 months afterward. Payment, tax, and contract records may be retained for up to seven years. Routine backups may persist for up to 90 additional days. Longer retention may apply when required by law, needed for security or disputes, or controlled by a connected vendor’s documented retention schedule.
Security
NLM uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no website, transmission, vendor, or storage system is perfectly secure. NLM does not promise absolute security.
Choices, rights, and contact

Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal, contractual, security, or recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not intentionally add advertising cookies or a custom analytics service. Hosting infrastructure may use essential cookies or technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Specialized or regulated industries
The service is not represented as compliant with HIPAA or any other specialized regulatory framework unless that requirement is separately evaluated and agreed in writing, with appropriate vendors, safeguards, and contracts in place.
Policy changes
NLM may update the final Privacy Policy when services, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and communicated when required.
